How do we break this vicious cycle. The bodies we have been given are so wondrously made and why do we not consider that we are divine in creation. No other creature on this planet is as gifted as we are. Our bodies were created by an intelligence so great that we were created to live life and not to have sickness and underlying conditions. Maybe we just do not know how to have a healthy food plan. Below I have placed the definitions and foods that are contained in healthy food plans. Why not choose one, or be creative and make your own. Whatever you decide, stick to it, you must do it.
Hidden Gardens Healthy Food Plans
Vegetarian food plan - contains only plants (such as vegetables, grains, nuts and fruits) and foods made from plants. However, many vegetarians do consume byproducts that do not involve the slaughter of animals. These include: eggs, dairy products, such as milk, cheese, yogurt and honey.
Vegan food plan - consist of avoiding or not consuming any animal products or any products that come from animals, including dairy products and eggs.
Mediterranean food plan - consists of vegetables, fruits, herbs, nuts, beans and whole grains. Meals are built around these plant-based foods. Moderate amounts of dairy, poultry and eggs are also central to the way of eating, as is seafood. In contrast, red meat is eaten only occasionally.
No sugar No flour food Plan - consist of meats that are not processed. Like protein, sources of fat should theoretically be free from sugar and flour. Any forms of fat in baked goods, ice cream and battered foods is not eaten. Some choose to include natural sugars such as fruit or starchy vegetables like carrots and sweet potatoes they will provide important nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals, and they contain fiber.
A gluten-free diet - involves excluding foods that contain the protein gluten, including wheat, rye, and barley. Avoid processed food, cereals, and grains that contain gluten. Most studies on gluten-free diets have been done on people with celiac disease. In this diet, people should eat mainly healthful whole foods, as most whole foods are naturally gluten-free.

Artelle was sick and tired of being sick and tired! She found supportive people in her quest to lose over 100 pounds and maintain it over the years. This challenged her to discover the many aspects of a healthy balance in adapting nutritional changes in her lifestyle.
Artelle created Hidden Gardens as a sacred space that allows others to know that their birthright is complete health and wholeness. It was developed to raise the level of awareness and to enlightened others as to healthier food alternatives and the benefits in maintaining a balance of mind, body and spirit.
Our mission and goal is to enlighten and encourage every human being that their bodies are created by a divine intelligence that knows no sickness or disease. It is through healthy eating that we become healthy, wealthy and whole.
