No other creature on this planet is as gifted as we are. Our bodies were created by an intelligence so great that we were created to live life and not to have sickness and underlying conditions. Maybe we just do not know how to have a healthy food plan. Below I have placed the definitions and foods that are contained in healthy food plans. Why not choose one, or be creative and make your own. Whatever you decide, stick to it, you must do it.

You can save hundreds of dollars per year by saying goodbye to single-use plastic bottles
Re-cycle and save 9,000 pounds of plastic waste from going into the landfills each year

Plastic straws are the 6th most common trash item found during ocean cleanups. The question of whether or not plastic straws should be banned has been debated. A plastic straw ban would serve to reduce the number of plastic straws entering the ocean. Most plastic straws are made of polypropylene and not accepted by most recyclers. Most plastic straws are toxic and some carcinogenic (i.e., “cancer-causing”).
Plastic bags start out as fossil fuels and end up as deadly waste in landfills and the ocean. Fish, seabirds, sea turtles, and marine mammals can become entangled in or ingest plastic debris. Causing suffocation, starvation, and drowning. Plastic waste kills up to a million seabirds a year. As with sea turtles, when seabirds ingest plastic, it takes up room in their stomachs, sometimes causing starvation. Birds often mistake shredded plastic bags for food filling their stomachs with toxic debris. Microplastics are also consumed by people through food and in the air. The chemicals used in the production of plastic are toxic and detrimental to the human body. Chemicals in plastic like lead, cadmium and mercury directly can come in contact with the humans. These toxins can cause congenital disabilities, immune system problems and childhood development issues.
